Project Manager
Be fully responsible for the development of the project including project planning, project design, government permitting, construction, overall project schedule and cost control
Coordination and communication with internal and external parties to ensure the project is delivered according to asset management's requirements and needs
Establish meeting summary, management of internal profiles, and share information with team members
Conduct on-site supervision and project approval, control the design of project and final results

Bachelor or above degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related majors

With advanced creativity design ideas, deliver concept and development design from inception to completion, review designs at all stages of the project
Good awareness of design trends, and be able to deliver excellent ideas to clients
Work closely with design team to contribute to creative design plan, and to strengthen design department’s productivity and capability
